Provisional
You can pencil in your preferred date which we will hold for 14 days.
You are under no obligation and this gives you the opportunity to co-ordinate
the other arrangements you need to make.
Confirmation
To confirm your booking we ask you for a letter outlining your main requirements such as times and numbers and any other information you have available.
Deposit
To guarantee your booking we ask you to send a non-refundable deposit of £350 for each year in advance of booking.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation the following maximum charges will apply
With 12 weeks notice or less 25%
With 4 weeks notice or less 75%
The Hotel will endeavour to re-let any cancelled bookings and if successful there shall be no charge.
Final Numbers
Please advise us of final numbers 3 days in advance. This will be the minimum number you will be charged.
Payment
Once we have discussed your final arrangements (usually around 4 weeks in advance)
we will send you an estimated invoice. This should tie settled prior to your event and necessary
adjustments can be made after the Wedding has taken place.
